GNW learned that the modifications was only made in the area of the excutive office dealing with how long the terms of office that excutive branch could hold as well as if a special vote can be held if the previous member of the excutive branch can be replaced if they can’t  uphold their office.  GNW has copy of the old Constitution which we will show you but we also have a copy of the new changes which we will also show.

The old Constitution:

Article 2
Executives of the Federation

Section 1: The Executive of The Federation consists of 3 positions namely Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary of State, to be elected or appointed as the case may be in the manner enumerated subsequently. The authority and powers of the Executive flows from the elected congress. All elected officials will hold their positions for 4 months time (elected periods) and may only run for 3 terms unless the amount of terms allowed to be served is extended by a unanimous vote by the current members of the Congress.

Section 1 – Subsection 1: No person may hold more than one Executive Position of the Federation concurrently except as an interim emergency measure in times of incapacitation or abduction. Such interim measures cannot exceed a duration of 1 month or until fresh elections are held whichever is sooner.

The Changes to the Constitution:

Executives of the Federation

Section 1: The Executive of The Federation consists of 3 positions namely Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary of State, to be elected or appointed as the case may be in the manner enumerated subsequently. The authority and powers of the Executive flows from the elected Congress.

Section 1 Amendment (11/5): All elected officials (Executive and Representative) will hold their positions for 3 months time [1 month rl], and may only run for a maximum of 4 consecutive terms [4 months rl], unless the amount of terms allowed to be served is extended by a unanimous vote by the current members of the Congress.

((Terms are run 1st of the month to last of the month. Elections are done two weeks before end of the month, (the middle of the month), so that if someone new is elected, it gives time for the current holder to get the new representative situated before their term starts, and gives them time to handle any unfinished business before their term ends.))

Section 1 – Subsection 1: No person may hold more than one Executive/Representative Position of the Federation concurrently except as an interim emergency measure in times of incapacitation or abduction. Such interim measures cannot exceed a duration of 1 month or until fresh elections are held whichever is sooner.

GNW will keep you updated with any other votes or changes we learn from the GFFR Senate.
